Role: Print Specialist
Location: Manchester, Hybrid
Salary: £38,000 - £42,000 DOE
Hours: 40 Monday to Friday
Type: Permanent

Are you a print specialist with experience in providing end to end support to sales teams and clients?

Using your guidance and expertise you will be involved in Print Projects, from creating the offer to processing customer requirements, you will also place the orders and support with any aftersales queries.

You will provide support to help grow sales and focus on developing product solutions for customers.

What you will be doing:

• Create Print & Promotional offers, supporting the customer through the process working closely with their budget
• Assist customers with product information, selection and purchase
• Contacting multiple vendors to offer the best Print solutions and bring on new vendors
• Coordinate and project manage the entire process of work right through to delivery
• Support and guide the sales teams on dealing with customer requirements to ensure full understanding of the process
• Work closely with Sales, Account Managers and drop shipping teams, warehouse and vendors
• Provide reporting and data analysis maximising commercial opportunities

What we are looking for:

• Printing background is essential
• Experience of working with different sized businesses
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Planning and organisation skills able to work to deadlines
• Commercially aware with strong customer service and delivery experience
• Great communication and relationship skills
• Office 365 (proficient using excel)
